I have thunderbird installed on my computer for my wife’s email account. When she downloads messages a window pops ut stating pop 3 does not recognized an encrypted password. She went to settings and changed password to normal. Now the message still pops up but her email is downloaded. How can I correct this. Also she can not perform the update. the update fails. ---
