My first guess is that it's right about the setup files being corrupted.
Can you try redownloading again? If you manually run the installer,
you'll need to manually close speakDropbox before it can install. To do
that hit the context key on speakDropbox in the system tray and choose
exit
Aaron I did the update on my laptop, and I got this message.
I'm running windows 10, Jaws 17, on a 32 bit computer.
What do I need to do?
I just updated on my 64 bit desktop, and it went ok. Why didn't it work on
