I needed to stop the update because it was stuck .
and the cancel button would not work so I had to shut down the computer
and restart it again so the update would cancel out.

I just figured out what you meant by saying this does alt f4 work?
no alt F4 does not work it just closes the program off but the update does
not cancel out.
