Hi, A couple of people on the list have mentioned that they're labeled graphics in windows live mail 2011, and since the latest Jaws update, jaws 13 now reads unread twice, since Jaws 13 now reads unread without any need for manually labeling graphics. You can stop this repetition by changing the label you added to be an empty label. Go to an unread graphic using the jaws cursor, open the graphics labeler, and delete the contents of the label edit box. David.
