Have you tried the Window OCR feature Jaws-key-space, then the letter O,
then W?
I've found that helpful before in trying to find buttons on certain
programs, although I don't use Outlook 2016.

I was doing house cleaning on my Windows ten and Jaws 18 April release. In
the process decided to hit the windows key and check for up-dates. Low and
behold!! 1803 was said to be ready.

Hello, everyone.
Does anyone know of a key stroke for designating an e-mail as "high
importance" in Outlook 2016?
I can get to the high importance designation via the menus, but would like a
specific key stroke for doing this if that is available.
Am using the latest build of Jaws 2018
Hi Orlando,
I don't know what your definition of accessible is, but when I tried using
CCleaner versions 5.41 & 5.42 I couldn't find what had been cleaned during
the Windows cleaning, I couldn't shift + tab back to the Applications
cleaning, & getting to the Registry clening option I wasn't
Hi all, every time I try, I get a message that the site is unsafe, and not
recommended. Is there a way around this? I have jaws 18 on a windows ten

Evening everyone.
Can anyone point me in the direction for a tutorial on how to use
Windows defender? I have some notices on some trojan spyware, and I need
to find out how to deal with it. I am using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on
a Dell laptop. Thanks much.

Hi,
I don't know what version of Outlook you are using or how far back the
keyboard support for voting goes. My recollection is that this has worked
for a while but I don't have access to older versions of Outlook to confirm.
That said, I know for example Outlook 365 supports keyboard access,
Hi Tom,
The easiest way to add a keystroke for this is to add the item to the Quick
Access Toolbar by opening a new message, finding in the Message tab the High
Importance button, pressing APPLICATIONS or SHIFT+F10 and choosing Add to Quick
Access Toolbar item. If you haven't added nor removed
Windows 10 1803 is now released. I'm now updating my desktop to 1803.

Hi everyone. You may have received emails on Outlook with voting buttons. I
receive these at work sometimes from a group lead on some topic. Is there a way
to locate the yes and no buttons and activate them using JAWS?

Hello and welcome to the JAWS Users list.

I'm running the latest JAWS 2018 with Microsoft Outlook 2016 from Office 365.
I haven't encountered this issue, however.
I occasionally receive messages that do contain nested tables, but not often.
Those affected should try to identify the circumstances in which this occurs.

Yes definitely- but I'm hoping that deleting the user settings as described
and applying the other steps will allow me to go back and create the user
settings I like after deleting the old user settings. If that works- good :)

If I go to the address book and I want to see a list of all the contacts,
rather than searching for one name, what should I do? I was able to do that
a few days ago, but I must have changed something. I have Windows 7 and Jaws
2018.

Rest assured that CCleaner 5.42 is as accessible as all previous
versions. I generally take inaccessibility rumors with several
generous grains of salt until I try them out and determine for myself
their accessibility level.
