hi my college is upgrading to office 2007 in September. I was told to make office accessible you can alter the settings so it will show the drop down menus similar to previous versions. I'm not sure if they meant in the control panel though. anyone know about this? thanks Elaine -

What I have done in situations like this is to select all (CTRL-A. Then go to format ALT-O, you have several options here, you can format everything to a specific font and size in the font selection, use the paragraph selection to set paragraph formatting and so on. Hope this helps and speeds
