the consumer version is not the same as the e s r, extended service version. the consumer version has to be upgraded every 6 weeks to get the security updates. the e es r version only updates once per year but you still get allthe security updates dureing that year. -Original

It won't work anymore with the newer Firefoxes, I think from version 53 on. Webvisum hasn't done anything with their plug-in in at least three years. That's ashame. You need to pay for captcha solving via a couple other options. Try CaptchaBeGone.com or Rumola.com. Rumola works with Firefox
