I have windows seven and using windows live mail, and was wondering how to
remove address from the contact list in windows live mail. using the latest
jaws 12.

you need to be on jaws nine, then hit the key left of your right control
key, then you should come to desktop creat short cut, then enter on it. this
should put the short cut onto your desktop.
