if you wish to add a recipient/contact manually do the following;
ctrl+shift+b=addressbook,
you land into a search edit,
so type in the name of the distribution list, tab once, you should see the
name, press enter, now press,
alt+h+m=add members manually,
you're now placed into the

Steps one through three work fine to create the name of the group. However,
nothing after step 3 works for me.
Alth + t does nothing and I cannot tab to the list of names in my contacts.
Please clarify the step after alt h + t.

I have followed your instructions and successfully created my distribution
