Hi Fred,
This is your password email account from your internet provider that has to
be put in that box. So if you know the user name and password that you used
when you setup your email make sure that is put in correctly and then tab to
check the box

Do you get an error message which states that you entered an incorrect
password? If so, check the capslock key to make sure you aren't accidentally
entering uppercase letters that you do not intend. Also, make sure you are
using the correct password; reset it via your service provider's Web site

or is there a way to do this? It seems to me that long ago I had this
