Mike, Did you make the FS-recommended changes again, for your latest Adobe Acrobat Reader, after you installed it? (There is another option, in the Reading Options, above the Accessibility Assistant in the Edit Menu, that could be affecting how your pdf's are being read etc. In that option,

Hello Mike, I have two reasons for responding to your original message. Can you send me the procedure for setting up Adobe Acrobat to open in the manner you described? Once your .pdf document is displayed, can you virtualize the screen and copy the document in that way? The only issue I can see
