The steps say how to set up Gmail for POP3, but not how to get a copy of their own messages. As I said earlier, there are 2 schools of thought for someone to get a copy of their own messages sent to a list. The first was to put, recent plus a colon in front of your email address on the General tab in account properties, and the second was to put, recent plus a colon, in front of your Account Name / email address on the Server tab of account properties. Hi David, Yes they have, but I've read that putting, recent:, in front of your email address on the General tab in account properties was supposed to enable someone to receive their own posts', but on the other hand I've also read that putting, recent:, in front of your Account Name / email address on the Server tab was supposed to enable someone getting a copy of their own messages.
