Morning all. Using WLM Version 2012, Build 14, Sometimes after opening an email message from my inbox, JAWS will not read it without using the JAWS cursor. Can anyone explain as to why this is? I know that Microsoft is no longer offering support for this program anymore. I am using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. Thanks in advance.
