Hello list I do not know if this is a jfw problemk so forgive if it is not. A friend has jfw 12 and win 7 and outlook 2007 on his pc. All of a sudden when he wants to compose a new message he can type in the "to" field and in the "subject field" but when he tries to type the body of the message jfw says "read only". Also, when he wants to read an email and he uses the arrow keys he just hears "blank, blank ...". If he presses jaws key-b the screen is read. We looked all over in the outlook settings but I can not find any setting whhich would correct these behaviours. I do not use outlook, so I can't think of a solution. We even checked the screen resolution but it seems to be ok. Can anyone suggest a solution?
