Hi Jim, If you want to keep JAWS running but just go silent, then you do one of those layered keystrokes. In this case, that is insert + space bar, release the keys, you will hear a beep, then press s; JAWS will say "sleep on". Repeat the above steps and JAWS will say "sleep off". Remember when
