I'm trying to search and replace fonts in a document and can't get the
font options to appear so I can select the appropriate names to search
and replace.
I press control h, then the more button. I press enter on format and can

You could go directly to the flash drive and open it from there, either
inside Word, or with Windows/File Explorer. You could also compare the dates
and times of the files. Also, if you hit alt-enter on the file (in explorer)
to see its properties, it should show you the path location.
I believe the problem you're encountering is that MS Word gives only the
filename in the title and not the path (e.g., d:\filename). For purposes of
knowing which is which file while working with both at the same time in Word,
I'd think you'd need to give the copy a slightly modified name, such
