Debbie, I just removed all of my Norton components with the removal tool
downloaded from the jaws-users website. I tried everything to find that

Well, everything suggested hasn't worked so far. I've turned on forms mode
at the never use google instant and left mouse, spacebar, and enter don't
do a thing. Unless I'm supposed to do something different like shift

Hi Karen, I can remember how totally intimidated i was by jaws and the
computer when i first got mine. I was 52 and had no idea what i was doing.
If you go into the jaws window and hit alt+h, arrow down and you'll find
training and keystrokes with jaws. that's a good starting place.
