occasionally when i hit Alt + D, to go to another webpage while using
Mozilla Firefox, the keystroke command doesn't do anything, so i can't
put in another web address, can anyone give me some help on what needs

there is a toggle button that says read or hear, but when i hit it,
nothing happens, and that is why i wrote. i even switched to the jaws
cursor, and an audio link is announced, but again, nothing happens

i posted this earlier this morning, but maybe it didn't go out, so

my PC updated yesterday, and now when I’m on IE, and hit any keyboard
key, it says the wrong letter name, but does put the correct letter

after turning my laptop off for a 3 hour car ride, and rebooting it,

my cable company installed a new internet/phone modem this morning,
