[JAWS-Users] JAWS Repair

Morning all. I know that this subject has been posted here previously, but please forgive my memory lapses. Using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop, can anyone supply me with the instructions for doing a JAWS repair? Also, using Word 13, is there a way to create an editable form?
