Hi Teresa and others, This is a great question raised, about the Print Screen Key being a problem for many users to find, making the Screen Shade feature a bit tricking to use. I did some investigation and we are making the following changes today, which will appear in the March update over the next 2 weeks. We are adding the command INSERT + Space, F11 in addition to the INSERT + Space, Print Screen so either command will toggle the Screen Shade on and off. And for those of you who may have looked for ScreenShade in the Keyboard Manager to see about changing it yourself, I also found that the developer named the script "TurnScreenShadeOnOrOff" which is what makes it so hard for myself and others to find. We are getting that renamed to "ScreenShadeToggle" as well.
