Recently I have received several E Mail messages via Windows Live Mail where the message field could not be read using Jaws 2018. When I tabd to the message field all I heard from Jaws was “document”. The only way to read the message was to highlight the message field and then tell Jaws to read the highlighted text. This would be OK except there was a link in the message that I wanted to use. Anyone know what is going on here. the messages were from Costco warehouse.
