Thanks for your suggestion. I was able to see the last modification
date and time using IOCTL.
Here Transaction Journalling was not enabled in jbase level, whether
it is possible to find the record creation date and the unix user who
has created this record.

I am trying to install jBASE 4.1.5.17 on a 64-bit Windows Server 2008
server. This is a new server with very little loaded on it at this
point. jdiag works fine as well as jLicClient. The License and Slim
servers are both running but I think that I have some sort of
permissions/security issues
Just to let everyone know, this problem was answered off-list by jBASE
support. Thank you Mike!
The resolution was permissions on the c:\jbase4 directory tree. I
added modify permissions and now at least I can execute jBASE
programs. On to getting my compiler setup.

As far as I know, support for 64 bit installs is not due till jBase 5.X
which is due in 20XX
Be great to know if you find a way to get to run.
