Hi,
I have read Minerva code will be maintained externally. Where can I find
the source of Minerva used by JBoss (minerva-1_0b3.jar) ?

sure thing! why don't you submit that :) you are about to lose your rw

I know, and it would be kinda sad to loose the rw 8-)

Hi Luke,
what You are describing is the nomal behavior. First tomcat get a request
whitout login information on a secured page. It tries to authenticate a user
with null name and pwd. After the authentication faild tomcat reject the
request to the login screen. Maybe a further version of tomcat

My fault, I had the case wrong (JBoss JBOSS). BTW, it appears
that you must provide a URL - if I use something like:
!DOCTYPE jboss PUBLIC '-//JBoss//DTD JBOSS 2.4//EN' 'jboss.dtd'
The parser refuses to accept it. In any case, is there some way
to avoid loaded the DTD at all

It depends on the client. If the client is multithreaded,
The standard way of accessing a local dtd in SGML/XML is the following:
!DOCTYPE jboss SYSTEM 'jboss.dtd'
if jboss.dtd is in the same directory as the xml file. Otherwise use relative or
absolute paths. I don't know if this works with the crimson parser though.

This is the binary I am using for the JBossStore site and I don't see this
problem for restricted content. The example2 in the JAAS tutorial also
uses the DatabaseServerLoginModule and creates a stateless session bean
on each access and this does not show this problem.

Caching a callable statement is presumably just as much a good idea as
caching a prepared statement: however only prepared statements are used in
jaws, so the effect is more noticable with cmp.
I don't have a db with all these kinds of resultsets. If you test this out
