hi
I have the similar problem.
my servlet will generate a new class and compile it run-time, but I can't load this
class even the new class already in class path and web-inf/classes. I think that Jboss
can't dynamic load class, cos the UnifiedLoaderRespository cached the snapshot class

You can't. But you can prevent a member from ever becoming coordinator by setting
GMS.disable_initial_coord=true.

Bela , thanks for your reply.
I just test replicating performance under solaris platform, meet some question.
Steps:
Start up first jboss cache , inserted 100,000 objects into it , the object size is
about 500 bytes. The inserting time is about 10 secs.

I don't find @jboss:optimistic-locking in the XDoclet documentation, nor do I see any
effect, if I use it anyway.
Anybody knows, if it has been renamed?
Or if I can specify optimistic locking-strategy modified-strategy?
Thanks for your time and your reply!

I'am on windows 4.0, but I think I would have the same problem
on W2K or XP.
I can't get the jmx-console deployer running properly when
JBoss is launched by the Server Navigator. When I launch
JBoss independently, using run.bat, there is no problem.
I think there is a deadlock : Eclipse is blocked

The conclusion I came to was that in writting Business Applications with a Rich Client
interface we needed to tweak the MVC paradigm. I am working on
javaclient.sourceforge.net (there is only stuff in CVS, basic example, putting
together Web pages today as we speak.) My thought is to split the

#1 When we do state transfer, we have to copy the state (actually worse: serialize it)
into a byte[] buffer. Same happens on the receiver. This means that you will have a

Hi,
I am using JBoss to upload photos and present them back as a part of users' profiles.
I did in WebLogic by defining virtual directory in weblogic.xml using the next:
virtual-directory-mapping
local-pathC:\WebProjects\MeetSerbsWL/local-path
url-patternimages/*/url-pattern

How is it possible to change or delete the tag BASE in the HTML page header of Nukes ?
