the cause of the error
is that one end of the service(client||server) recieve the soap elements not
in the order he expected them ,
refer to the wiki , you can find there a detail explanation about how
to order the elements before/after serialization,

I was just re-reading your post and had a question. You wrote I am using AXIS
1.1. Does this mean you are using the Axis 1.1 distribution or do you
mean that you are using the Axis classes that are bundled within JBossWS?
