Hi all,
I've noticed that this class (org.jboss.test.web.test.HttpClient) is
used in the WebIntegrationUnitTestCase. It references the class
sun.misc.BASE64Encoder which only come with the Sun JDK.
Is this test normally run? If so it might explain some discrepancies on
other JVMs.

Yes it runs. Both the IBM and Blackdown VMs include this class.
