I use jEdit 4.0 final with the latest JavaStyle plugin from the plugin central. Seems to work (and the JavaStyle plugin has gone a long way since the last version I used).
I entered the parameters in the plugin GUI by hand. I assume it stores the config somewhere I'll check if I can find the file, can email it to you.
