at the bean level essentially overrides it.

the jaws dtd is no longer valid. The datasource element is defined twice.
This mucks up any validating editor/parser (like XMLSpy) used to edit a
jaws.xml file.
Suggest the second definition at line 69 is a comment thus:-

and the datasource
