On OSX with Safari site load relatively fast *** if I use IE it just do not happen !!! (20sek+) It seems to be a separate image/ad's server (buggy ?) that is awed and IE is stuck waiting for it ? while Safari threads requests differently ... Regarding the layout - use a pro ... Thanks

It's not the new look that is bad (the red bar and the menu) its all the other stuff that blinks worse than your average porn site. An eyesore. Too much stuff that just bounces around. Looks is good, should continue to apply it to the rest of the stuff. Layout is bad, needs a complete redesign
