OK, that's what I implemented.  If we find that interceptors need to see
these calls we can revisit the question.

 Our ServiceMBeanSupport subclasses need these calls to get the server

 their objectName.  I've added this so subclasses can be xmbeans.  Should
 this be configurable by descriptors?

I think it's an oversight... shouldn't modelMbean forward the
MBeanRegistration calls to the managed resource if that resource implements
MBeanRegistration?

Our ServiceMBeanSupport subclasses need these calls to get the server and
