I just have checked jboss-all from cvs, built with J2SDK1.4.0 under Win2K
and got this exception on start up:

The exception should not be a problem, but hanging is. Your version info
is a little inconsistent, but if it is 3.1 (HEAD) then I am not getting
this hang on sun jdk 1.4 on linux 2.4.16. Try changing the name of the
jmsra mbeansa to
jboss.jca:service=XaTxCM,name=jmsra
