John, Which version of jboss/Jboss.net do you use? What error do you get? Jboss.net automatically builds an in-memory undeployment descriptor for Axis from the web-service.xml (it is simply changing the root element name) in order to tear down the web service on undeployment, so this should work. Sorry, we had some unrelated transient config errors that I mistakenly attributed to wsr undeployment. We are currently running against a jboss-head build -- is this feature present in jboss3.2?
