I have ported the recent 3.2 class loader synch
fixes to 3.0. In general class loading
cannot synch on the loader as it leads deadlock.

That's how it's coming out of CVS. It looks like it's had/having
a double LF-CRLF conversion done. I've deleted and updated this file
using command line CVS on Windows XP
