Why do you point to a local cvs copy? For speed purposes? Its not for speed purposes. Before I update the public repository, I need to check the build locally. I backed out these changes in both 4.0 and head. Ill move the discussion into the forums. If you update your /tools folder you will pick up the correct file versions.
