I still do not have rw access. Hence still dealing
with the read only version from SF. For almost two
weeks now, I am not able to update my workspace. I get
the same error.

I probably broke the build. I committed one file and then the
connection to cvs was lost.
I am very sorry and will correct it as soon as I am able.
