Authentication is "passwd" file on the cvs server
User version: cvs1.10 (Standard)

Try not to explicitely set the port. This should not change much since the
indicated port (2401) is standard for cvs.
Otherwise, had you succedded before? Otherwise, it may be a problem on your
side (FW?)
The same login
