Check out this post. I was able to convert a struts application to a portlet in
JBP 2.6.1. Maybe this will give you some additional ideas so that you can move
forward in 2.4.

Hi All,
Do we have a working 'Hello World' Struts Demo with JBoss Portal 2.4.? Has any

Me too, i would like to develop something in JBOss Portal 2.4 with struts
portlet. is there any sample or tutorial for it? is that we have to refer to
Struts Bridge only??

I'm also looking for at Struts example. There use to be a struts example under
the portal swap, but when that was updated it seem to have disappared.
Additionally, in the JBoss Portal 2.4 Reference Guide, under Existing Framework
support, you mention Portlets utilizing Struts. It would be nice
