Hi.
If you have downloaded Seam go to the directory named "examples"; Yes I'm not
joking.
The 'booking' example is the best to get started, the file main.xhtml has
plenty of stuff to see about listing data in a datatable. Also give a look at
HotelSearchingAction.java.
Good luck!

Is there any chance that we're going to see an update to the IDE availability

Of course, we will support both Eclipse and NetBeans for Seam development. Just
like we support JBoss AS, Glassfish, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic as runtimes.
Seam is agnostic to server and tools. The developer can choose anything they
want.
However, if you want officially supported tools, then
If we are going to use Eclipse as primary development ide for JBoss/Seam

"Rapid Seam Application Development with the NetBeans IDE" ?
How much of Exadel would be mentioned in that talk? I am kind of confused here.

There are BIG plans in store for the IDE to make it rival .NET - and will take
the pain out of writing XML :) Once the dust has settled Red Hat Developer

Please tell us what to add, where, to get RichFaces to work with Seam.

Most of RichFaces components was tested with JBOSS Seam 1.2 GA.
Currently, we found only one issue - for tree component, it's not possible to
create model from EJB beans in ejb-jar, due to classloading problems. For
