Could you reproduce it with a minimal project and report it in jira and attach
two projects, one that works (before the move) and then the project after the
move that does not work ?
That would help us tell why it fails since it should work or at least be made

Try to remove all files from
\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.seam.core\projects\*
And rebuild your projects.

Akazakov, it did not work.
I had to create a new project, with the right folders, and copy the files of
the old to the new one.
