I found out now what the problem was. I putted my "jar-files" into:
"JBOSS4.0\server\standard\deploy\OurServer.jar\META-INF\lib"
But i the new jboss version (4.0.0), files in the META-INF directory will be
not deployed...

I installed JBoss 4.0.0 on my workstation. Upt to now our company worked with
JBoss 3.2.x and now we would like to migrate to 4.0.0. So copied my "jar
directoy" into: "jboss4.0/server/standard/deploy" and my "oracle-ds.xml" is
