Yes, I have put java2ClassLoadingCompliance="false" and java2ParentDelegation=false.

Are you behind a firewall or do you start the server with the IP which you specify
when you get the connection. I have a feeling that your client can't see the server.
Tell whether NAT is involved as well.

he bind ip address of the UIL2-service.xml and
http-invoker\\META-INF\\jboss.xml to the ip address which is exposed out. We have NAT
and thoght this is needed.
What else have I missed?
