With the information of Dr Jung and putting the
generated classes ( SoapMonitorApplet*.class) in
jboss/server//deploy/jboss-net.sar/jboss-net.war,
I had success starting Soap Monitor at:
http://localhost:8080/jboss-net/SOAPMonitor
