Hi Muraly
I've recently setup my own development environment for JBoss. One option
is to use JBoss IDE. To get JBoss IDE up and running, install Eclipse,
then download and install JBoss-IDE from here:

Go to window->ShowView->Other.
A jboss-ide folder will be present where you can select the server
manager view.
I hope it helps.

After automatic update (Eclipse 2.2.1 Build 200306271545 on Win 2000)
the default server menu/buttons do not function. And in preferences the
value for default server can not be saved (empty). From server navigator
it works fine.

Hi Hans, does this have any screenshots or an overall description of
what this tool does? I browsed around Sourceforge, but didn't see
either of those.
Thanks,

Hello again!
Using xdoclet the last version (1.2beta2) got over the problem.
Actually it was something regarding javadoc that didn`t worked under
win2k. With the new version of xdoclet and with their xjavadoc tool
everything now it`s okay.

Ok,
i installed it into my eclipse. is there any "getting started" tutorial
which shows it's functionality, e.g. using xdoclet and ant.
thanx

Hi,
Am I right that currently JBoss-IDE does two things -- it provides XDocLet code
assistance and allows starting JBoss server from within Eclipse?
The reason I am asking is because I want to use excitement about JBoss-IDE to
reiterate some of my ideas ;-) Basically, I have a code that provid
