I am fresh engineering gradute and working in anb organization
they gave me task to write a client for jabber in vb6 and then write components
for jabber clients in VB as i am new in professional fienld and especialy in
jabber world i need you pplz help to start my carrier.
Plzzz tell where to start and how can i code my own client in VB6.

first you should decide wheather you write your own Jabber/XMPP Library or use an existing one.
I think there are only 2 activeX libraries left. JabberCom and myMatrix. JabberCom is not developed anymore. You can download MatriX with a JabberClient Example at http://www.myjabber.net.
If you would use .NET technology or C/C++, there would much more libraries available.
