[JENKINS-66695] SEGFAULT on CTest should be reported
To distinguish the failure reason, the Exit Code is reported in the failure
element. The output to understand what happened is always report as system-out.
Since it was duplicated also in failure the choice to put there Exit Code value
is not so mad.
