GeneXusServerSCM: allow specifying a localKbPath. Also allow specifying
which version in it (localKbVersion) to update, since it might not be
the Trunk as we were assuming (eg: when the local KB was not checked out
by ourselves, or when we start allowing multiple versions on checkout).
