Hey, there is a long anticipated feature merged in in the plugin[1][2],
but no maintainer appears to be active to cut a release.
Are there any objections if I step in a do the release?

Hi everyone,
I'm willing to use the ghprb-plugin, but I have some questions regarding
it's actual state.
1/ Abandonned ?
Last commit was merged 5 months ago.
Is this plugin still maintained ?
Lot of dependencies needs to be upgrade, I will be really pleased to
contribute in this way.

Up until today I have been able to release new versions of the ghprb plugin,
but now I am getting an authentication failure. I can log into the repo just
fine, and I was able to release just a few days ago.
