Can’t you just use the regular jetty:run command with mvnDebug?

I am trying to start Jenkins using follow commands:
# To change the port run mvnDebug jenkins-dev:run -Dport=9090
$ cd war
$ mvnDebug jenkins-dev:run
...but i am getting this error:
