Guys, please advise what values for options I should set to be closer with
the next feature: "Immediately provide new node if all nodes are busy".

One more update, guy under masked name and account is from my company and i
provided him additional details internally. Usual expected workflow:
1) contact to author/maintainer of plugin, wait and get (or no) reply
2) After some delay week-month back to maillist and describe situation
3) Then base
Good feedback, thank you. Being new to the community I'm probably making
more than my share of ignorant mistakes. :-)
I will do some reading and revisit which version.
