[Proposal] Centralize chat on matrix

I heard about matrix for the first time a few months ago when mozilla officially shut down its irc servers and switched to matrix. I'm really bad at documenting ideas, but I'm open to any and all questions. Matrix is decentralized federated (nice fun buzz words again) chat system. *Vs IRC:* IRC

GHPRB plugin

Hi everyone, I'm willing to use the ghprb-plugin, but I have some questions regarding it's actual state. 1/ Abandonned ? Last commit was merged 5 months ago. Is this plugin still maintained ? Lot of dependencies needs to be upgrade, I will be really pleased to contribute in this way. 2/
